Update
We would like to notify you of an upcoming maintenance period of CommsChoice network between the following dates:
24th January 2020
25th January 2020
26th January 2020

CUSTOMER IMPACT:
All Commschoice PABX IP extensions, Fax services and SIP trunks will be intermittently non-operational for short intervals of time during this window. Users should expect 30-60 minutes outage/downtime. Additionally, throughout the outage window there will be short 5-10 min intervals where services may deregister/register.

MAINTENANCE ACTION:
As Commschoice continues to improve the network, engineers will be upgrading the current production edge routers (hardware upgrades).

DATE/TIME WINDOW:
The outage window is scheduled for 6 hours between the following dates and time. Note, times are in GMT+11

NSW, VIC, ACT & TAS:
24th January 11:00PM to 05:00AM
25th January 1100PM to 05:00AM
26th January 1100PM to 05:00AM
